I have been practicing this breathing exercise and most recently on a daily basis. I can tell you that I can now
indulge eating a larger quantity of healthy carbs while maintaining lower blood glucose levels.
This exercise is also great for the lungs. I blew my best FVC number after practicing this exercise yesterday.
