I have been practicing this breathing exercise and most recently on a daily basis. I can tell you that I can now

indulge eating a larger quantity of healthy carbs while maintaining lower blood glucose levels.

This exercise is also great for the lungs. I blew my best FVC number after practicing this exercise yesterday.

Talk about opening up your lungs

You are also massaging your pancreas with this rapid breathing.

ALWAYS talk to your doctor first.

If you overdo this exercise, you might get light headed.

BE CAREFUL!!!

  • FVC stands for Forced Vital Capacity as in a pulmonary function test.
