Cost for medications in Europe

Hi everyone.

I've just received a kidney last month and am feeling great already. I'm considering to come to Europe to study as it was my intention before I found out about my kidney failure. If some of you guys are living or have lived in Germany, France or Italy, could you please tell me how much does it cost for your medications, especially immunosuppressants such as prograf and myfortic?

I've also heard that the public health insurance system in Europe is amazing. Does it cover the cost for these kind of medications? Do you have to co-pay a lot?

Thanks!
