  • Each patients situation is different, but they are keeping mine between 4.0-5.6. If mine get much over 5.0 my feet start to really hurt.

  • 3-4...I take 2mg am and 1 mg pm

  • It was 9.7  6 months ago and I asked my doctor if I could reduce my dose. These days it was on 4.7 - 5.5 level which is still on acceptable range. I am transplanted for almost 6 years now.

  • In October it will be 18 years from my liver transplant and my level runs about 2-2.5. I take 1 Mg of Prograf per day. I have been that way for many years now,

  • They were at a stable 3.4-3.7 for years.
Now I am in failure awaiting a 2nd transplant & my tacro are higher recently 5.4-5.8. Enough to give me a touch gold to my eyes :(
    • Does it mean that <4 is not sufficient for you to have a second transplant? How many years the first one last? Thank you!

    • Indeed :(
  • 4 - 4.9
  • 3.7 - 4.3 over the 5 years since my kidney transplant.
    • But that's too low. Here in America the normal tacrolimus blood level is 5 to 10 for kidney transplant. I was at a 9.6 my last test so they reduced my Astagraf dose.

How does your kidney transplant team allow such a low level? What is your creatinine level?
