Is it safe to use apple cider vinegar after transplant when taking prograf and cellcept for blood sugar control ?

Will it affect the immunosuppressant medication ?

Suggestion on amount ?  Frequency of use ?

I'm 8 year post kidney transplant, I noticed after eating a hamburger and some cucumber salad that had diluted Apple cider vinegar, my blood sugar level was low after eating ?

I'm worried about the effects on the medication.  A friend that is non transplant said she used it 3 - 4 times a week for her blood sugar.
