Water and Liver Transplant

I am simply not a big water drinker. I was wondering how much water should I be drinking each day and what happens if I don't drink much. I have repeatedly tried to drink it, but I have not been very successful. Any responses will be much appreciated.

  • Hi Kathy, During summer we need to drink more water and in winter less. I drank between 2 and 3 liters a day. I was not a water lover before but now I enjoy it. It was not easy at the beginning but I put some flavour in it to drink. If you drink not enough water it can damage your kidneys. Hope this helps you. My doctor told me that water is one of the best medicines.

    • Thanks for your help.Definitely something I must try.
